Job description

Nature and Scope The Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) works with residents needing restorative nursing measures to gain or to maintain their highest, possible, practical functioning level. Provides direct restorative care and delegated therapy tasks. Location We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.

Compensation

Philosophy: • We have 30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience.

Compensation

range:

  • $27.95 - $39.84 Job Status / Shift Information Available shifts:
  • Per Diem, non-benefited

Qualifications

Education:

  • Current California license as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must obtain RNA certification within 6 months of hire. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to function independently with indirect supervision.
  • Training in gait belt use, safe transfers, and body mechanics
  • Creative problem solver
