  • Schedule service technicians for customers
  • Track the status of appointments
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of services
  • Allocating staff and equipment to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively What will make you successful:
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive communication
  • General computer skills
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in scheduling
  • Preferred industry experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a small, close-knit, and friendly team environment
