Job description
Intelliswift Software, Inc
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems); advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years information technology experience
- 3+ years working with ServiceNow REQUIRED
- Configuration experience in ServiceNow
- Strong preference for Health Care, Medical Device or regulated industry experience
- Experience creating workflows and forms in ServiceNow
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels
- Demonstrated success implementing, supporting and maintaining ServiceNow
- Proven ability to create communication plans, readiness assessments and risk assessments for management
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow
- Experience working with the PPM and/or ITSM modules of ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, required
- ITIL certification, a plus ServiceNow Multiple Openings
