Administrator provides ongoing support to the Union Health and Welfare process.

What You Will Do

• Review hours credits applicable to member benefit calculations
• Determine eligibility and apply coverage subsidies to each member account
• Review and audit member payments with the Union Trust
• Extract and process member payments, hire information, contact information, and terminations in the Union Trust administrators web site
• Finalize payment of member subsidies by coordinating payment with the Union Trust entities and the Company’s Accounts Payable department
• Support and process any enrollment requests with the Union enrollment department
• Manage debits and credits
• Provide ongoing support in the administration of Union benefit programs
• Coordinate with internal departments in creating rosters, cost estimates, and in resolving billing and calculation issues What It Takes To Be Successful Why You Will Love It Here
• Up to 6 month assignment

Compensation

$30 per hour

• Hours: up to 30 hours per week
• Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but flexible until 5:00 PM
