Full-time STEM Instructor

We are currently assisting a rapidly growing international education institution, in finding a talented Full-time STEM Instructor to join their founding team in Silicon Valley. This role is a fantastic opportunity for STEM professionals to pivot their careers into the education sector, offering a long-term, stable, and growth-oriented professional path.

What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality instruction in STEM-related subjects for middle and high school students, including SAT/ISEE prep, AMC math competitions, and AP courses such as Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, and CS.
• Manage classrooms, develop lesson plans, and provide personalized academic guidance and feedback to students.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to optimize instructional content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Biology, Medicine, etc.).
• Fluent in both Chinese and English is highly preferred, as you will be working within an international teaching environment.
• A passion for education and student development.
• Prior teaching experience is not required; the company provides a comprehensive training system and full curriculum support to help you excel.

Compensation

Annual salary range of USD 65,000 – 120,000 , based on your background and ability.
