• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy -
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA -
• Track and document client progress -
• Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings -
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families 🌱 WHAT YOU BRING - High school diploma (or equivalent) -
• Experience working with children - A passion for helping children with special needs succeed - Reliable transportation - RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!) - Active CPR certification 💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs -
