Job Description Bloom Children’s Therapy is hiring and looking to add a motivated and passionate, FULL-TIME Physical Therapist to our team. Bloom Children’s Therapy serves children and adolescents within Charleston, Dorchester, & York counties. Our practice uses client-centered approaches, family training and play-based treatment to encourage optimal participation and support goal progression. We believe that all our clients deserve the very best support to maximize their highest potential. Our ideal candidate would appreciate the strong and collaborative team atmosphere we have built. • Job Duties: Evaluating a patient's functional status, establishing treatment goals, planning treatment, Implementing the plan of care through direct treatment, coordinating treatment with other health care personnel, providing instruction and education to patient, family, and caregivers, evaluating need for interdisciplinary referral, participating in appropriate, approved educational and clinical research activities

Requirements

• Valid SC Driver's License
• Valid Car Insurance
• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
• Physical Therapy Degree ( Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate)
