Job Description You can look for any C++ developer with Scripting . Need not have done production support. But as long as he/she is interested in production support pls share the resume Production Services Engineer/Production
- Support Engineer 4-6 years as a Senior Analyst/Engineer with extensive experience in root-cause analysis 4-6 years experience in supporting and troubleshooting production software 1-2 years experience with Object-Oriented Programming or C++ developers on Unix /Linux
- Strong shell scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Python, Bash)
- Experience with credit card processing software and hardware.
- Strong ability to read and dissect source code
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux OS
- Strong understanding of SQL
- Understanding of Point-of-Sale (POS) technology a plus
- Experience with e*Restaurant or other Back Office restaurant management systems.
- Excellent general knowledge of computer and networking technologies
- Experience with Agile with Scrum software development methodologies are highly desired
- Experience with development, QA testing and software deployment are highly desired
- Demonstrated strong communications skills
