Job Description Proficient written and verbal communication skills Proficient active listening skills Able to think creatively and have flexibility Able to act as a change agent to respectfully challenge the norm Insatiably inquisitive with attention to detail and empathetic to stakeholder needs Proficient in synthesizing information and conveying it in a way that fosters common understanding Able to critically analyze and solve problems of a complex nature Proficient in common elicitation, facilitation, and visual modeling techniques Able to work effectively in a team environment, building rapport and relationships Proficient in organization and time management skills Proficient in conflict resolution strategies Able to work on multiple projects of moderate complexity simultaneously Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in an approach such as waterfall, iterative, scrum, or kanban Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio Proficient in the use of web-based document repository applications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint) Practice in employing agile principles a plus 4 year college degree; business or information technology major preferred 2 years minimum of business analysis or equivalent Basic working knowledge of the company and/or industry a plus Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed.
