Qualifications

• Completion of appropriate License or Certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Washington State License
• DEA
• NPI
• Completion of residency
• ACLS certification (maintenance required)
• Current CPR card (maintenance required) Additional Information Highlights:

• Up to  $90,000  in loan repayment
