Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and thermal design and development for complex electronic systems.
• Design and validate systems and subsystems to meet program objectives.
• Participate in the cross-discipline design process working with other HW and SW team members to develop optimized integrated solutions. Conduct failure analysis and solution validation for product development and fleet systems.
• Manage interaction with overseas resources.
• Provide mentorship and technical reviews to a team of mechanical/thermal design engineers. Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have seven years of experience in the following skills: (1) experience with CAD; and (2) experience with thermal simulation tools. Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
