Job description

Goal

  • Support the Sales & Engineering teams on pre-sales and post-sales multi-faceted projects with technical activities such as takeoff, drawings, bill of materials and design. Essentials Functions ·
  • Support on Request for Proposals working on takeoffs, system/device selection, bill of material creation, pricing, subcontractor RFPs, marked up drawings, BAS system architecture and conduit/wiring diagrams, etc. ·
  • Create shop drawings, submittal drawings, and As- Built drawings based on the client’s standards and/or markups after site survey. ·
  • Create post-sales design drawings and engineering packages. ·
  • Provide our internal and external engineering teams with support on medium and high complex projects. · Receive and lead support on projects from our internal and external engineering teams on low and medium complex projects. (Project based functional team guidance) ·
  • Provide engineering support with internal project review processes. What we look for: Required ·
  • Bachelor’s
  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering. · 2-4 years of experience in BMS, BAS, automation and control systems and/or construction design activities. · Intermediate knowledge in automation and control systems, signals (Digital/Analog) and instrumentation. · Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. · Effective and professional communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and peers. · General business level in English (B2+ and above) · Willingness and ability to learn about building controls systems. ·
  • Experience with industrial or building automation communication protocols and architectures Preferred ·
  • Experience with building automation system platforms (Metasys, Honeywell, Trane, Smartstruxure, etc.) · Intermediate knowledge of low voltage electrical system schematics and diagrams
