• 商品线上运营：负责合作商超线上店铺商品上新、下架、调价及商品信息维护，确保线上商品信息准确、及时更新。
• 平台活动运营：协助配置及维护平台营销活动，跟进活动上线及执行效果，持续优化运营表现。
• 线上店铺运营：日常维护线上店铺商品及库存状态，保障店铺正常运营及良好的用户购物体验。
• 订单履约支持：协助线上订单拣货、商品核对及订单准备，提升订单准确率和履约效率。
• 跨团队协作：与巴黎运营团队保持日常沟通，协调商品、活动及运营相关事项，推动问题及时解决。 【 任职要求 】
• 可连续实习  6个月及以上 ，每周工作  35小时 11:00 - 19:00（含1小时午休） ；
• 做事认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的执行力；
• 学习能力强，善于发现问题并主动推动解决；
• 对零售、电商或运营工作感兴趣；
• 有商超、零售、电商、仓储、物流等相关实习或兼职经验者优先；
• 具备基础法语读写能力；

About the Role

】 Join our Retail Operations team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of online grocery and quick commerce. You will support the day-to-day operations of our partner supermarket stores, helping ensure accurate online product information, efficient inventory management, smooth order fulfilment, and an excellent customer experience. 【

Key Responsibilities

】

• Online Product Operations:  Manage online product listings for partner supermarkets, including product launches, delisting, price updates, and product information maintenance to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
• Promotional Campaign Operations:  Assist in setting up and managing online promotional campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and support ongoing optimisation.
• Online Store Operations:  Maintain online product listings and inventory status to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
• Order Fulfilment Support:  Assist with online order picking, product verification, and order preparation to improve order accuracy and fulfilment efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:  Work closely with the Paris Operations team to coordinate product, promotional, and operational activities and support the timely resolution of operational issues. 【

Requirements

】

• Available for a minimum 6-month internship, working 35 hours per week.
• Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent execution skills.
• Interested in retail, e-commerce, or operations.
• Previous internship or part-time experience in retail, supermarkets, warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Working proficiency in French with basic English reading and writing skills. 【 What You'll Gain 】
