Summary

This position will function to support the Accounting & Finance department. Position

Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position.

Responsibilities

include various activities in the areas of Accounting and Finance for various AISIN companies. These include daily, monthly, or quarterly activities such as but not limited to:

  • Month end & quarter end close activities
  • Journal entry preparation & posting
  • Account reconciliation & analysis
  • Financial reporting & analysis
  • General ledger posting and account reconciliation
  • Assist with quarterly review and year-end financial audit
  • Daily cash & monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Accounts payable invoice entry, validation, payments and research
  • Accounts receivable manual invoice creation
  • Travel & entertainment expense reporting management and auditing
  • Reporting (internal & external)
  • Fixed asset accounting & audit support
  • Inter-company accounts payable and accounts receivable analysis
  • Perform related party inter-company reconciliations, analysis and confirmations
  • Insurance & tax support
  • Kaizen improvement activities
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities Essential

Skills and Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to understand standard accounting systems
  • Ability to understand and be able to perform research
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Ability to pay strict attention to details, effectively communicate with stakeholders and to organize and complete tasks on time.
  • Excellent written and oral language skills Beneficial

Skills and Experience

  • Oracle Fusion experience
  • Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS Education/Training/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited university required.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 %.
