v 5+ years hands-on experience in a visual designer role
v Proven graphic designing experience
v Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
v Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
v Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
v Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
v Highly proficient in all design aspects
v Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
v Ability to work cross discipline in a collaborative, dynamic environment
v Excellent written (i.e., writing, editing, and proofing) and oral communication skills.
v Comfortable speaking and presenting to groups and executives Tools
