Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de surtimiento de materiales desde el almacén hacia las líneas de producción, asegurando el abastecimiento oportuno, preciso y eficiente conforme a los requerimientos del plan de producción, manteniendo el orden, control de inventarios y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y seguridad. Responsabilidades Principales:
• Coordinar el surtimiento diario de materiales a las líneas de producción según el programa establecido.
• Supervisar al personal de almacén asignado a surtimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos.
• Verificar la disponibilidad de materiales en sistema y físico, anticipando faltantes y gestionando soluciones.
• Asegurar la correcta identificación, etiquetado y trazabilidad de los materiales.
• Monitorear el cumplimiento de tiempos de surtimiento y reaccionar ante desviaciones.
• Colaborar con Producción, Planeación y Compras para garantizar el flujo continuo de materiales.
• Implementar y mantener prácticas de mejora continua en procesos de surtimiento.
• Supervisar el uso adecuado de equipos de manejo de materiales (montacargas, patines, etc.).
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, orden y limpieza en el área de trabajo.
• Generar reportes de desempeño, incidencias y KPIs del área.
