Responsibilities

• Generate and convert prospective resident leads through tours, follow-up, and professional sales techniques to achieve leasing goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident and prospect inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Manage the leasing process, including applications, screenings, lease documentation, and move-in coordination.
• Maintain community appeal by monitoring the condition and presentation of apartments, amenities, and common areas.
• Support daily property operations through administrative tasks, recordkeeping, and resident communications.
• Stay informed on market conditions and competitors to effectively promote the community and drive occupancy. #PIQ

Qualifications

Requirements

• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
• Social media marketing experience preferred. Additional Information
