Essential Functions
- Transports bed, stretcher, and wheelchair patients in a safe, professional manner, following HIPPA andhandoff compliance.
- Uses double identifiers on every patient per The Joint Commission regulations for patient safety.
- Orders and receives weekly radiology supplies.
- Picks up and delivers requisitions, specimens, and other materials within the facility.
- Assists with stocking and cleaning of rooms, puts away supplies correctly.
- Reports faulty equipment, hazardous conditions and/or incidents to supervisor for follow up.
- Returns equipment to designated storage area and maintains transport equipment. Cleans, deodorizes, anddisinfects equipment as needed.
- Maintains O2/suction supplies as required per facility.
- Utilizes all Corporate Radiology computer systems effectively and accurately.
- Delivers mail interdepartmentally as needed.
- Adheres to Orlando Health’s mission statement and strategic imperatives.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLAand other federal, state, and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures, department guidelines, and educationrequirements. Other Related Functions

- Maintains knowledge and skill level necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients age and status.

- High School graduate or equivalent is required. Licensure/Certification
- BLS/Healthcare Provider certification within 3 months of hire Experience
