MongoDB Engineer

• Strong demonstrated experience (5+ years) developing Java applications or services with database (SQL or NoSQL) backends is essential.
• Experience developing large distributed systems with a focus on performance is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Spring framework is a plus.
• Experience with and knowledge of MongoDB development, preferably in Java. A MongoDB Developer certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of DB performance/scaling concepts and tuning best practices.
• Experience or knowledge of Big Data and Analytics technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Storm is a plus.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment with a broad scope of responsibilities
