Instead, you’ll collaborate with our product team and customers to translate real-world QA challenges into precise AI instructions. • Write, refine, and improve prompts that evaluate call center conversations
• Test prompt performance to ensure it meets customer expectations
• Translate client needs into logical, structured AI instructions
• Identify inconsistencies, fix edge cases, and optimize accuracy You’re a Great Fit If You

• Experience in contact centers or quality assurance
• Familiarity with GPT-style AI tools
• An eye for how systems might be misused or “gamed” Position Details

• Pay: $18–$20/hour + benefits
