You will work closely with the marketing and creative departments to identify market opportunities, optimize brand positioning, and measure performance against business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand growth strategies to expand market reach and awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets for growth campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on brand performance and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with analytics tools is a plus.
