Compensation

$85k+ based on experience plus benefits and a car allowance Reports To Owner Supports Clients & Superintendents Key Ingredients

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a Construction Project Manager/Estimator
• General Contractor Design/Build experience preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or similar
• Embodiment of the Shaw Construction values: integrity, service, teamwork, communication, and innovation.
• Competence in Word, Excel, MS Project, & Bluebeam; Autodesk a plus
• Organized self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
• Analytical mind that enjoys problem-solving Expectations Project Development
• Assist in business development and client presentations.
• Assemble costs, prepare proposals, and other tasks associated with project development.
• Act as a customer liaison to coordinate with subcontractors, municipality and governing authorities, and others. Total Project Management
• Manage financial aspects of the project including cost dissection, margin projections, and subcontract bids, awards, and invoices.
• Communicate with the owner, including responding to change order requests, invoicing, and coordinating finish selections.
• Procure permits and otherwise coordinate with municipalities.
• Manage design disciplines, project schedule, and shop drawing review and approval.
• Coordinate with your projects’ Superintendent on all matters including safety, quality, and schedule.
• Provide a strong close-out process, including punch list completion and occupancy turnover. Special Projects as Assigned
