Overview

Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health of New England , is hiring Assistant Nurse Managers (ANMs) to support high-performing clinical teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment . This is an ideal opportunity for Charge RNs or experienced nurses ready to step into leadership and grow within a nationally recognized health system. What You’ll Do

• Support daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision
• Coach and mentor nursing staff
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with leadership on performance improvement initiatives
• Serve as a hands-on, visible leader Open Areas Include
• Congestive Heart Failure
• Medical Cardiology / Telemetry
• Emergency Department

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN License
• BLS required (ACLS/specialty certs as applicable)
• 3+ years acute care RN experience
• Prior Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred
