NON-CDL Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Driver - Cleveland, OH $22–$28/hr | Mon–Fri | Local Routes Deliver and merchandise ice cream to local retail stores. No sales quotas—stores/reps write orders. Why This Role

• Start at $22/hr with structured growth up to $28/hr
• Local routes only – home daily
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Flexible start times (set with your leader)
• Performance-based opportunity to complete weekly route
• Busy summers, lighter schedules outside peak season What You’ll Do
• Deliver frozen products to assigned accounts
• Stock shelves, organize backstock, maintain freezer displays
• Build positive relationships with store teams
• Work independently with strong team support What We’re Looking For
• NON-CDL or CDL drivers
• Delivery, route, or merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in cold environments
• Reliable, safety-focused, customer-oriented
