About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, be bilingual in Chinese and English ( For Business Needs ) , and have prior experience in the real estate industry. This is an onsite position in Palo Alto , and the role will require the use of Yardi or similar accounting tools. Job Description ：
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Review invoices and expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and ensure timely payments
- Handle any other ad hoc tasks as required by the finance department Job
Requirements
：
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills （ For Business Needs)
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
