Supports the Owner/CEO directly during a period of rapid, sustained growth (approximately 300% year-over-year) across a five-market Texas operation. Acts as a high-energy, technology-forward force-multiplier who is fluent in AI-driven tools, comfortable navigating the construction industry, and experienced in managing complex operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and site visits across Houston, San Antonio, Austin, San Marcos, and Dallas/Fort Worth.
  • Prepare the CEO for each day and meeting with relevant context, documents, and priorities.
  • Actively use AI tools and automations to streamline scheduling, correspondence, research, and reporting workflows.
  • Maintain fluency in construction and electrical contracting concepts to represent the CEO credibly with field leadership, vendors, and clients.
  • Handle sensitive business and personal matters with absolute discretion, drafting and managing correspondence on the CEO's behalf.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, filtering and prioritizing incoming requests to protect executive time.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc special projects spanning HR, recruiting, operations, and business development. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Full command of CEO's calendar & inbox priorities achieved by Day 30
  • Reliable early-morning coverage established (6:00–7:00 AM start) by Day 30
  • First AI-driven workflow improvement implemented by Day 60
  • Proactive executive gatekeeping and request routing established by Day 90
  • Trusted point of contact status built across all five regional markets by Day 90

  • Experience operating within or supporting complex, multi-site operational environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
