Job description
Degree: Computer Science or related bachelor’s Experience: 3+ years SaaS implementation experience
Responsibilities
- Configure CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Implement call-recording ingestion (Gong, Clari, Teams)
- Support product configuration for U.S. accounts
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Lead implementation process alongside CS
- Reduce onboarding time to < 5 days
