Your Responsibilities

as a PRN Physical Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members

Qualifications

& Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• State licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation

& Bonus Structure

• Base Salary : $45 - $55 / hour (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds Company
