• Net Backup
• Backup Exec
• HPDP
• VEEAM. Key Accountabilities:
• Nine or more years of relevant experience is required in managing Backup Environment.
• Extensive project implementation work experience in NetBackup 7.6.X servers, Backup Exec 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2015 in CASO environment and Veeam 8
• Performance management of Enterprise Backup environment
• Rich understanding & troubleshooting of backup failures and issues by analyzing NetBackup logs on multiple platforms with varied configurations
• Very good knowledge of NetBackup commands and OS level commands and Strong understanding of NetBackup error codes and resolution
• Knowledge & clear understanding of NetBackup Reporting features
• Very good working knowledge with NDMP, Vault, Import, Duplication, Restores
• Extensive working knowledge on Disk Pools, De-duplication storage units
• Good Knowledge & experience in disk based backups which includes HP B6200/ B6500 Store Once appliances in conjunction to Netbackup
• Good understanding and troubleshooting of databases backups including Microsoft SQL or MySQL and Oracle (RMAN) and Exchange.
• Strong understanding of Backup Exec CASO and MMS environment.
• Extensive Troubleshooting experiences on error related to De Dupe jobs.
• Errors and failures related to VSS o -Configurations of Reports jobs o -Installation and BE configuration of New CASO, MMS and Clients. o -Creation and configuration of DeDupe storage. o -Addition/Deletion of Backups of new clients and performing full recoveries.
