(BWC) and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) billing and enjoy solving billing challenges, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do

• Process and manage Ohio Workers'

Compensation

and MVA claims

• Audit provider and therapist documentation in Eclipse EMR before submitting claims
• Request and track documentation corrections when needed
• Submit electronic claims and upload daily billing
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately
• Enter new patient information into Eclipse EMR
• Review and resolve denied or rejected claims from BWC, MCOs, insurance carriers, and clearinghouses
• Correct billing errors and resubmit claims promptly
• Manage Workers'

Compensation

accounts receivable

• Open and process daily mail and faxes
• Prepare daily payment reports
• Maintain accurate billing records while ensuring compliance with payer requirements What We're Looking For
• Previous medical billing experience required
• Experience with Ohio Workers'

Compensation

billing strongly preferred

• MVA billing experience is a plus
• Eclipse EMR experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
