We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. Requirements

  • Maintain and enhance our onboarding process to engage and inspire our new team members before day one and beyond - Help with coordination for team culture events and activities to foster a positive work environment -
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and other people systems -
  • Provide administrative support for various HR processes, including benefits administration, leave management, and employee record-keeping -
  • Work with the IT, Finance, and Workplace teams to ensure a seamless transition for onboarding and offboarding, communicating changes to information and updating various systems - Respond to employee inquiries and assist with basic HR-related questions and requests -
  • Support additional People Operations processes as needed, such as recruitment administration, HR reporting, and compliance updates

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently; resourceful problem solving skills -
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on providing great customer service to employees - Basic understanding of HR practices and eagerness to learn more about people operations - Responsible and positive work attitude with the ability to deal with differing personalities -
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in a People or HR-related role -
  • Fluency or ability to learn our People tech stack: Google Apps, Slack, Ashby, Rippling, Envoy
