Objetivo del Puesto: Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del área de ensamble final, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, eficiencia operativa, seguridad y entrega a tiempo. Liderar al equipo de producción para alcanzar los objetivos diarios, semanales y mensuales, fomentando una cultura de mejora continua. Responsabilidades Principales:
• Coordinar la ejecución del plan de producción en el área de ensamble final.
• Supervisar al personal operativo, asignando tareas y asegurando el cumplimiento de procedimientos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad industrial.
• Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) como eficiencia, scrap, retrabajo y productividad.
• Identificar y resolver problemas operativos que afecten la producción.
• Participar en auditorías internas y externas.
• Implementar iniciativas de mejora continua (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
• Capacitar y desarrollar al personal bajo su cargo.
• Colaborar con áreas como Ingeniería, Calidad, Mantenimiento y Logística para asegurar el flujo de producción.
