Job description
Industrial Maintenance Technician Waterloo, IA BHS Corrugated North America is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support advanced manufacturing equipment at a customer site in the Waterloo, IA area.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Support PLC-controlled machinery and automated equipment.
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
