• Create and manage the execution of supply strategies from NPI (New Product Introduction) to production for a category, department, or project to meet customer needs.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, track, and expedite material issues with wafer foundry, IC assembly and test houses, module contract manufacturers, and component suppliers. Prioritize activities and align with stakeholders to deliver supply globally with a high degree of predictability.
• Maintain data reporting, charts, WIP and inventory reports, supply availability, and shortage lists.
• Manage supplier performance and allocation of material to demands based on priority.
• Manage cross-functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals.
