Job Description Walmart Is Hiring: Realty Project Coach Are you an experienced project leader ready to take your career to the next level? Walmart is growing our Realty Execution team and is looking for a Realty Project Coach to help lead store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the U.S. As a Realty Project Coach , you'll take ownership of project execution from start to finish, helping ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Walmart's quality standards .
You'll work closely with store leadership, associates, suppliers, and other key partners while leading teams and resolving challenges in the field.
What You'll Do
- Lead the execution of store and club remodels, new construction, and special projects .
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day execution for assigned locations.
- Communicate project plans, changes, progress, and potential obstacles to key stakeholders.
- Partner with store leadership to minimize the impact of projects on store operations.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on projects.
- Motivate teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Resolve concerns involving store leadership, suppliers, associates, and other project partners.
- Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Support Walmart's policies, procedures, standards, and commitment to quality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area; OR
- 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience leading cross-functional teams.
