Job Description Psychiatrist - Must have a minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience

• Location : Long Beach, CA
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid options

Compensation

range: Base salary  $325,000 + total compensation up to $541,000  based on clinical productivity, patient care, and supervision activities.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
• Active California medical license, NPI, and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Preferred experience or interest in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine, Clinical Research, or Interventional Psychiatry
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience required

Psychiatrist

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management (in-person and telehealth)
• Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary care team
• Supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, and therapists
• Participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research opportunities
• Provide crisis support as needed and engage community resources
