Job description
Hello from Kids First, We’re expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across Buffalo area. If you’re looking to make a real impact while building a long-term career, this is a great opportunity to grow with us. What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
- Work with a BCBA to support skill development
- Track progress and create a safe, positive environment
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay $$$ based on experience, location, availability, and languages spoken . Training & Growth
- Free 40-hour RBT training (online)
- Certification exam reimbursement

Requirements
- Experience with children (preferred, not required)
- Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks
