Special Care Rehab RN - Registered Nurse

Employment Type: Part time Shift: Evening Shift Description: Position Purpose : Provide high-quality acute nursing care in a collaborative team environment, supporting the rehabilitation of patients recovering from strokes, multi-trauma injuries, burns, and other complex conditions. Deliver both physical and emotional care to patients of all ages as they navigate significant and often permanent lifestyle changes. With an average length of stay of 2–3 weeks, you’ll have a meaningful opportunity to build relationships and make a lasting impact on each patient’s recovery journey. What you will Do : Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients. Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs. Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members. Hours /Schedule :

• .6 fte,
• 2nd shift, 3 pm to 11 pm
• 8 hour shifts during the week
• 12 hour shifts on the weekend 7P-7A
