This position will be located on site in St. Augustine, FL. Role Description &
Responsibilities
Maintenance Technician Level 3 is responsible for ensuring Northrup Grumman Facility Maintenance initiatives and production goals are achieved. Areas of responsibility and expectations include but are not limited to, Performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implementing sustaining action on facility and production assets Perform preventative, predictive and service maintenance on facility and production assets. CNC, boilers, fiber placement, automation, conduction, HVAC, air compressors/dryers, gas, hydraulic, bridge Cranes/jibs, plumbing, chillers, building systems Self-motivated and reliable Team oriented and process driven
Basic Qualifications
for Maintenance Technician Level 3: High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of Facilities Maintenance Computer (including Microsoft office), math, analytical, and planning skills CMMS knowledge Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance and SAP clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
