Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with a professional HR/Business Administration qualification or Diploma with equivalent working experience l Minimum of 3 years experience and subject matter expertise in Total Rewards/sub-Total Rewards l l Minimum of 3 years experience as a systems “super-user” preferred Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation and HRIS (Workday preferred) data analytics preferred for a mid/large size Global organization Workday experience is strongly desirable.

Leads and/or participates in the design, implementation and administration of compensation plans, special projects, and policies ensuring they are supportive of the company’s strategic business goals. Act as a key strategic thought leader representing the
Total Rewards
