Project Manager - Test Remote

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Traverse City. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Manage project scope and implement change control procedures
• Ensure project deliverables align with organizational objectives
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• PMP certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
• Strong budgeting and financial planning skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Expert problem-solving and analytical skills
• Change management experience
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
