Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities

Therapy Services:

• Provide speech-language therapy to ~30+ students
• Deliver weekly therapy sessions throughout the school year
• Provide summer compensatory services Student Support & Documentation:
• Review and implement IEPs
• Maintain service logs after each session
• Document progress in school systems (e.g., NASIS)
• Support development of student communication skills Collaboration:
• Attend and participate in:
• IEP meetings
• Parent-teacher conferences
• Multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide updates to teachers, staff, and parents
• Participate in virtual or in-person meetings

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology Experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience Certifications & Licensure
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist certification
• Current state license (New Mexico required)
