Bobyard is building modern software for construction. As we scale, we need engineers who take full ownership — from product design through production. You’ll work across React, Django, and PostgreSQL to ship features, design systems, and run them in AWS/GCP. No layers of process. No ticket queues. Just clear problems, strong teammates, and customers who depend on what you build. What You’ll Do -

• Own the stack: React, Django, PostgreSQL.
• Build, ship, scale. -
• Design for scale: APIs, data models, infra that perform under load. - Frontend craft: Performance, UX, architecture. Ship interfaces users want to use. - Ship with conviction:
• Partner with product, CV, and design. Launch features that matter. - Run production: AWS / GCP.
• Deploy, monitor, debug.
• Ensure reliability. - Move fast: Prototype quickly.
