Job description
AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator. Sign on bonus: $1,250. WWill be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year) Strating pay $21-25/ hour Depending on experience and shift.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting. ·
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. · Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals. · Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects. ·
- Participate in training and support team development. ·
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. 12-hour shifts Friday - Sunday 0500 - 1700 (5AM – 5PM) OR 1700-0500 (5PM – 5AM) Overtime opportunities available
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to perform in a hot environment
- Effective communication with team members
