Responsibilities

Established and In-Demand Walk into a busy, well-respected practice with a large, loyal patient base and months of appointments already scheduled . Top-Notch Clinical Support Work with experienced medical assistants trained as scribes, freeing you to focus on care. What Makes This Opportunity Unique: Practice Your Way

  • Walk into a busy, established patient base
  • Enjoy full autonomy to practice General Dermatology, Cosmetics, and perform in-office excisions or surgeries (cosmetics & procedures are fully supported but not required)

  • Dedicated, well-trained clinical staff (MAs, scribes, and front office)
  • Access to AAD’s Dermatopathology Lab, Mohs surgery centers, and aesthetic service lines

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary: $425,000+ for 32+ hours/week
  • Unlimited earning potential through productivity-based bonuses
  • 6 weeks of time off plus additional CME time

  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Full time employees (defined as regularly working at least 30 hours per week) are eligible for the following benefits:

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working in a high-demand, fast-paced clinical setting with strong support
  • Committed to delivering efficient, high-quality care in a team-based environment
  • Interest in long-term practice growth and building a loyal patient panel
  • Values both productivity and patient-centered outcomes Licensure/Certifications/Education
  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of Dermatology Residency and at an accredited healthcare institution.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD)
  • Active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain
  • Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and (CDS) for prescription writing
