UX and UI designer/ developer

• Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience. ·
• Ability to support work verbally and visually with well-thought out design rationale, data or user research. · A strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions. ·
• Ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions. ·
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences. ·
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment directly with developers for implementation of designs. ·
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. ·
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and process flows for UX development. ·
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JSON, and Angular.js ·
• Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like JQuery is required. ·
• Experience using Agile methodology a plus. ·
• Experience with responsive design a plus. ·
• Experience conducting user research and usability studies is desired. ·
