Commercial HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with a valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license for a direct hire position in the Hartford, CT area Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (on-site) Pay:  $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package including:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Life and disability insurance, and 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Maintain all required trade licenses and certifications.
• Comply with EPA Section 608, OSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Follow all safety policies and properly use required PPE.
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license (required).
• Extensive experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• Clean driving record.
• Boiler and steam system experience preferred. Physical

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (heavier lifting occasionally).
• Ability to work in mechanical rooms and other commercial environments.
