Responsibilities

BSW Rehab in Aubrey is growing! We are seeking a Full time Physical therapist to join the team of 1 PT and 1 PSS (and eventually a 3rd PT). Candidate would be treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with diagnoses that include post-op care, conservative care, sports, spine, and debility/balance. Candidate should be driven to improve skills and provide excellent care while remaining committed to building/maintaining relationships with patients and referral sources.

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations. #BSWIR-Outpatient Additional Data
