Position
Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead the sales support function and optimize day-to-day sales operations. This role is responsible for managing a team, overseeing pricing administration, customer data management, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient sales processes and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Process Management
- Manage pricing setup, maintenance, and contract administration processes.
- Maintain customer pricing structures, classifications, and sales-related data within CRM and ERP systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to support pricing and product positioning strategies. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Create ad hoc reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. Consolidate data from multiple systems for reporting and analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Planning, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Product Development teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance. Resolve operational issues impacting sales support activities. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Sales
- Support team.
- Manage workloads, schedules, and team priorities.
- Establish performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations. Train employees on company policies, SOPs, and best practices. Promote a collaborative, customer-focused work environment. Communication
- Support multiple sales teams by coordinating sales support activities.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide operational updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience 3–5 years of experience in Sales
- Support, Sales Operations, or a related role. 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing a sales support team.
- Experience supporting multiple sales channels and customer-facing teams. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong reporting, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities. Core Competencies

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food manufacturing, foodservice, consumer products, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of pricing management and sales operations best practices.
