Pay: $65k to $120K Total Earnings Sign-On up to $5k Top performers make $50+/hour What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence.
- Perform high‑quality repairs that exceed NEC standards—no shortcuts, no compromises.
- Present homeowners with solutions, upgrades, and service recommendations that truly add value.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, installation, and parts teams to keep jobs moving.
- Deliver 5‑star service and maintain a professional appearance at all times. What You Bring
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily.
- Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Physical Capabilities
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas.
- Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions.
